What are the check-in hours?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
What is included in the accommodation price?
The price includes access to the lounge’s sake selection and activities. For guests who book the one-night, two-meal plan, both dinner and breakfast are also included in the price.
How many people can stay?
The maximum capacity is 6 guests. However, for younger children under elementary school age, it is possible to accommodate more than 6 guests. Each room has 1 bedroom with 2 semi-double beds.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, you can pay with cash. Payments can be made either by cash or by credit card on site.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will incur a 100% charge. No-show or unnotified cancellations will also incur a 100% charge.
